Dirty smelly towels even when I asked for clean ones they were the same smelly towels The bed was squeaky kept me up all night. Toilet seat smaller that the toilet so half my leg was on the toilet bowl. Noisy AC. Dirty old carpet. Too expensive for that quality . Will not return here again. They need to upgrade this hotel. Restaurant was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Delta Montreal. The location is excellent, close to everything, and very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I stayed on the 23rd floor and had an amazing view of the Mount Royal cross, which made the experience even better. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was great with plenty of options — I especially appreciated the buffet and being able to customize my eggs. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was good but there are couple of things which were disappointing : 1) The bed in the room was very uncomfortable and not firm, I mean when one person is changing sides the whole bed was shaking bcoz the beds was not firm and made up of coils. That was very disturbing for me & my good night sleep. 2) The other thing I notice while have breakfast the other morning - the only attendant who was there to keep the tab of everyone and was also making sure that every dish in the breakfast buffet is refilled timely, she was also responsible for empty the trash bins timely and one time I saw her NOT WASHING / SANITIZING her hands before she directly took the tray from other hotel staff who was there to refill the bread. This was an hygiene issue and hotel staff should keep this basic hygiene things in mind before they handle food related things.

Rapport qualité prix élevé

Ventilation et climatisation bruyante dans la chambre. Hôtel propre en général sauf les tapis dans les corridors. Bien situé et bel accueil à la réception Piscine fermée de midi à 5 pm. Le temps qu’on aurait pu en profiter. Rapport qualité prix élevé
