clean room, welcoming staff, though the elevator was narrow as you would find in Europe, the hotel room was spacious comparatively to other mid-range hotels we stayed in Montreal and Quebec City. Very close to major sightseeing location and very safe place.

I received an email from the hotel stating that due to lack of staff I was responsible for picking up the garbage in the room and leaving it outside the door. I did not even bother checking in. I am not sure why you ever would represent a property like this
