There is on-site valet parking for a fee, but also self parking a four min walk away for $15 less. The walk is very pleasant as long as the weather is nice. Close to subway to get to Old Montreal, and many places to eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful and pointed us to an excellent place for dinner and breakfast. One point of contention is that the so called “kitchenette” is really an alcove with a sink, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The picture was misleading in that I thought there was a stovetop, but a closer read of the details should have told me there wasn’t one. But being able to have breakfast at Allo Mon CoCo made up for it.

Spacious and beautiful rooms in Montreal

We enjoyed our stay in the SENS hotel, we actually stayed for four nights. It is conveniently located not far from both McGill and Concordia Universities. It is also very close to the Museum of Fine Arts. Our room was large, beautiful and clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning and restocking everything for the duration of our stay. They had valet parking (for a fee) and had the car ready when it was time for us to check out! The employees were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the mattress was worn out.

The staff were all very welcoming, kind and helpful. We had a Jr. Suite and the bathroom is showing some signs of age. We had an issue with the hot water not becoming hot without having the water run for 15 minutes on 2 separate days. We left at 7am one morning and out the do not disturb sign as well as no maid service needed sign on door and when we got back, the room had been cleaned. I wasn’t happy about this. I called down and the front desk manager came to my room to see me. He ended up crediting me one nights valet. Not really acceptable though. Would stay again regardless.

Hotel is very nice and staff are friendly. Got into a few issues with the water pressure (8 floor), water flow was really bad. Also request two bottle of water and it took like 45min to get it. Beside that all great. I will go back to this hotel no problem

It was a large room! Unfortunately the room next to us was very loud or it seemed the walls were very thin. They have parking for a hefty price BUT they give suggestions and options for less expensive public parking that’s really close by which was very nice. They spoke English so I didn’t have to worry about my bad French. It always seemed like there was garbage in the hall (but once again I think it was the room next to us that kept putting it there) but our room was clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel was either closed or under renovations or something, but it just never seemed open, there was many amazing places near by though. Lots of things were in walking distance.
