We had an excellent experience. Modern place and great daily housekeeping. Staff was helpful and place was really quiet, even if we went during the holiday season. Great location as well.

Was only here for one night after taking the train from Québec City and planning on flying out early the next morning. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy. Everything was very clean and the decor in the rooms was very fun. The bathroom had a great mirror the shower was very nice. I wish we got to stay longer to have more of the experience. Staff was also at the check in desk 24 which was very helpful when where were checking out at 3:00AM. They were also very helpful and kind for anything we needed.

The staff is terrific, very courteous, helpful, and efficient. The hotel condition is not four-star. Peeling wallpaper, water stains on bathroom ceiling, hallways not very pleasant. It's an older property and in need of renovation to qualify as four-star. Bed was very comfortable though and the location is excellent.

Loved the fact that it was pet friendly for real. However the room was very smelly (poopy) and insanely cold. Was not able to warm more than 17.5 / 18 degrees Celcius for the whole 48 hours we were there. The gym was nice but very small.

I’ve stayed here five times right now. I have absolutely zero complaints. They always have water on deck. There is valet parking for $40 a night. It has everything you want and everything you need.
