This is a very shady part of town. The room smelt very bad. There were criminals in the parking lot. There was a sign in the lobby, encouraging people to call the number to stop human trafficking. We left within one hour because we feared for our safety.

This was the worst experience EVER. Awful lighting in the parking lot. Fell and hit my head needing stitches on forehead,arms and elbow. We paid for an upgraded room with a microwave and frig.NEITHER OF THEM WORKED.The stopper to the tub gone. So No Bath. Towels and sheets were dirty.Woke up us 3 times before 10am to ask us when we were leaving!!

The garbage was piled up several feet higher than the top of the garbage bins and falling over on the ground. The facility says it’s non smoking but someone was smoking right outside his room and close to the checking entry. When I told the desk attendant she said she knew him and he was a long term resident. I explained i selected the place because it said non smoking. She argued for a few minutes but since I couldn’t go check in and she wouldn’t come out I didn’t want to risk an asthma attack…. The exterior wall panels of the second floor were rusted and falling of in some places. Between the unhelpful staff and the bad condition we left. Expedia confirmed we were not charged.
