We booked one king with sofa bed for the kid. Overall the room is clean. But when we unfold the sofa bed, there are nuts and built up dust on the sofa bed right under the sofa cushions. It was definitely unpleasant to see and clean it. It appeared to that the sofa bed had not been used for a while. When a room is booked with three guests, you would think it is the hotel’s procedure to make sure the sofa bed is clean and ready? We checked in around midnight, non of us had the energy to have cleaning team to come over to vacuum and clean it. So we cleaned the nuts and dust and covered with extra bed sheet. The rest of the room is clean though.

Good Location, room was not ready on arrival. There are two blocks at this hotel I was in the block behind the main reception being a woman travelling alone for work I did feel slightly vulnerable. Room was nice, staff nice but didn't give breakfast voucher at check in when I sat in the restaurant and ordered they canx my order as I did not have the voucher and I had to walk round to reception to get this, member of staff was not apologetic and it took longer than necessary to sort out...frustrating!
