The first night wasn’t great because we got in kind of late from our plane, and the bathroom wasn’t that clean & had no hot water. I had surgery early the next morning & I don’t like go complain but I knew I would want hot water, so when we woke up the next day, I asked for a different room before my surgery. Told them my situation. I had two reservations due to the fact my surgery got changed & it seemed like the front desk just was not understanding that I had two reservations. That got cleared up, but the next room was better I guess, but not great. Very run down hotel, very outrageous fees that I honestly wish could be refunded. The WiFi barely works, the breakfast is honestly sad, no quarter machines for laundry, customer service at the front desk isn’t great. No one speaks great English and never smiles or seems eager to help. I don’t review hotels. I’ve literally stayed in the ghetto and have had better customer service. It’s just shocking for the resort fees to be so high and get basically no amenities or anything that makes you feel good about spending that type of money. Again, if I could get refunded the fees and for my stay, that would put my mind at ease & honestly, if you read other reviews, I’m not far off.
