I Love how close to the beach the hotel is and how everything is very laid back, the staff is very attentive and the area doesn’t have the south beach crazyness; breakfast was mid but it was really good it did the job, the mattress and the room was very comfortable I’m very pleased. Loved the pool and I will definitely will be coming back for a quick Miami trip

Really nice oceanfront gataway in north beach. The staff was really friendly and helpful, Kenneth, Maydeline, and Glenda was doing above and beyond to assist me with anything i needed. I was very happy over all with my stay. 2 things that I feel like mentioning thay could be better - - the breakfast included is only some bread and spreads. You need to pay extra for eggs or meats. But they say it in their website. - the a/c in the loby and all the common areas was broken, staff member mentioned they are working on fixing it, its been off the whole month on May, and thru June when I visited. It didn't bother me much, cause the room a/c was working fine, but something to keep in mind. Hopefully it will be fixed before July when it gets really hot. Besides that, my stay was perfect.

We loved the room the pool the beach only thing was no parking on property. But we did park at Casablanca down the street that had nice valet that let us come and go by the day .

There is NO WHERE TO PARK HERE!!! Everybody i asked had a diferent suggestion which basically none of them were great... Didnt know building hotels this size with no parking was even a thing... took most of 2 hours to find a spot and in the morning at 7 am i was forced to leave that spot because there was a crane coming in to work on the hotel on the other side of the park i had to pay to park at. So after loading up the parking meter at 7am i was forced to move and due to no place to park i had to check out at 7am.... I wouldnt wish this nightmare on anyone. Most of the staff speaks no english so its hard to get any help.... first visit to miami and probably my last.... yuck

I was sooo nervous going to this hotel because I didn’t really check out the reviews before purchasing the room but everything turned out just fine! With exception to having to pay $40 for overnight parking next door, I enjoyed my experience. My room renovated and spacious. Ac worked well. The bathroom was clean but don’t expect hot water and great pressure while taking a shower. Breakfast was fine, had options of grits, bagels, cereal and toast. I didn’t pay for the eggs but there was that as well. Overall good experience, I’d stay there again.
