While we were walking the floor was wet and this white big guy he a security and I accidentally step on the water I didn’t notice it and he didn’t say anything he just gave us a mean look . That same security guard saw other men without their shirt but only told my husband to put his shirt on . And the other security was rude or was a lady. And we didn’t have house keeping at all . And

The listing is a complete scam. To start we waited in a mile long line for over 2 hours to valet the car in order to checkin. Front desk receptionist was incredibly rude as was everyone that worked there. The room was advertised as an ocean front room. It was not. There were "port" windows with a view of a wall. The room was dirty. There was mold in multiple places. The dishes had dried food on them. There were roaches around the kitchen area. The comforters had food stains and had not been washed. We had 3 wash rags for 4 people for 3 days. This room is privately owned and you do not have housekeeping or any other services provided front desk. We left feeling extremely scammed after spending a lot of money. 0/10 do not recommend. We booked through Expedia advertised as a 3 star venue. We reached out to Expedia and they were absolutely no help as well.

Este hotel es demasiado viejo , el valet parking es un desastre te dan un ticket para que puedas pedir el carro online y la página no sirve , puedes pasarte hasta media hora en el valet parking esperando por el carro , aparte habían goteras en el lobby ! El toilet se desborda y en general viejo y falta de mantenimiento

The stay was great with the best part being the closeness to the beach. The hotel had portable fold up chairs to take to the beach which was nice. The apartment could benefit from some updating but it was good. We enjoyed our stay here.

I really liked the apartment, Presidential Loft M13, a very spacious place, and very private, it was very clean, I stayed 4 nights, I traveled with one of my daughters and 2 grandchildren, I had no problem to check-in, I sent all the information by email and there they gave me all the instructions,,when I arrived at the Apartments,,I was attended by a very friendly person and everything was very fast, the place is very safe and very private,,it has elevators,,they give you a code to enter your room, to go to the beach it is very easy and They also give you a code for the door,,when I got to my apartment I saw that the front door was not locked either inside or outside because it was broken, I sent an email to report the problem of the door so that they could fix it, they answered me very quickly and told me that they were going to send a maintenance person to fix the door but as it was already very late, they were going to send it in the morning, I also asked for a crib for the baby,, and well if they brought me the crib and they fixed the door and Well, I didn't have any problems anymore,,The furniture is very old but they are very comfortable,,I wish and the Management would change them for new ones, that would be excellent,Of course I would like to return to the same place on my next vacations, Thank you very much to the people in charge of the place for quickly answering the emails and solving the problems that there were, I really recommend Girasol Apartments to stay in.

The elevator was a "smart" elevator. Didn't always seem to be all that smart. Not timely. 90% of the time stairs were taken. Slowness of elevator is my only complaint. Positives: Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful! The restaurant service was always prompt has a great vibe. Location is great!

Shower was dirty and gross, it has no ocean view as portrayed in the images, the parking is only valet and takes forever. Elevators in the building are also time consuming. Towels given were stained. Shower had issues and they were supposed to be fixed during our stay which did not happen. Overall disappointed

The property was so comfortable and cozy! There are melting pot of travelers. Miami’s beach is the most picturesque and gem of U.S.A. We definitely recommend and will return to enjoy our family vacations in future with an ocean view suite. Thank you for affordable and cozy rooms!

There were no towels. No broom mop, no cleaning supplies and no one to come clean up everyday. Wi-Fi didn’t work! Took a whole day for someone to reach back out about issues I was having! Overall just horrible

So poorly equipped room, terrible AC, stinking smell from towels, very cheap bed side, very poorly made cabinets drawers are out of order, handles are loose, bathtub is painted with white wall paint, shipped off, stinky bathroom, toilet run down very bad shape, room door dirty, i can see a big difference between sister rooms being clean and my room so dirty, floor full of sand, i had to leave the past day, i booked 3 nights to go to hilton after 2 nights and stay my last night in florida there, being affordable doesn’t mean to be dirty

Property is in a good area, but be prepared with your own toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and your own towels, we stayed for 5 days. The second day I communicated that I needed clean towels and was ignored. Also, the machine to buy a card to do laundry was broken so no way of washing towels., very disappointing experience
