The only thing that was good was my masseuse. When I arrived, they just left me in the locker’s with no tour, no sandals (used my own), no instructions. I truly wanted to just relax with tea before my treatment and had no idea there was an entire lounge downstairs with hot tea and comfortable lounge area. I waited upstairs near the jacuzzi and cold plunge. Also it looks like they had a huge rush and everything was a mess.

What can I say. They know hospitality. There was a private extremely large corporate event happening as we were checking in so things were a bit chaotic but you would never know it. Things went smoothly and they even upgraded our room with a view. The room was stunning with a large balcony. The bed was BEYOND comfy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. P. S there is a city parking lot right next door if you are traveling in an oversized vehicle like we were.
