High end, smells very nice! Helpful staff, lobby is very busy. Valet parking only at $60 per day. There is public parking next door at $20 per day but it’s right next to the beach so depending on when you need to park there may not be an open spot. The room is clean and the beds comfortable.

Disappointing stay

We arrived and checked in. Waited an hour for luggage in the room and decided to collect it ourselves. The pool was so busy. They allow people from outside to use the facilities. Then two conferences arrived so there were business people wondering around having meetings with laptops around the pool

I've stayed at this property a few times and the experience has been consistent. The location is great, apart from large crowds, and I've always felt safe. The common areas, facilities, pool, and beach are kept clean and well appointed. I will say the restaurant prices are a bit pricey but I don't mind as much for the luxury experience. There are plenty of restaurants a short distance off property and the food delivery services are another efficient option. Overall, this property is worth it.

Overall good experience. We like the location, the pools and beach are fantastic. Some of the staff were amazing, some have an attitude. I do not like the 20-22% service charge automatically added to all food purchases, and then asking for additional gratuity, on what were already high prices. Otherwise room was fine, shopping was good (free shuttle in the area down Collins Ave), and enjoyed the general vibe.

Eden ROC not there yet

Staff meeting lasted until after 11am while guests were waiting to order drinks and ice cream. Parking advertises for around $70 per night, but we were charged $130. Also, there was not enough umbrellas for the pool chairs (Said by a staff member). Compared with other Hotels, Eden ROC is not there yet.
