Would not recommend....avoid this property. They do not answer your calls or return your messages. We got dropped off at 1 am only to find that the office had been moved to another hotel. We then had to walk from 1 hotel to another hotel to check in. There were hidden fees and a security deposit that they will leverage you with. After all that they said there was a third location we will be staying at. One of the employees drove us to the third location for our room. Finally after a few hours we were able to get to sleep. The entire time we were there they would not answer our calls. Our last day there I called them outside the office and heard the phone ringing...once it went to voicemail I walked in to the employees playing on their phones.... I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.

Rm 310. Was pretty nice room. Only real drawbacks to the room itself was there is only a small closet to store my clothes. With no real place to put luggage. But stored luggage in corner under the big flat screen TV. Of which there are very few channels that are available to watch..Very basic local channels that could be hard to locate in the DirectTV guide. I didn't ask for assistance on this since i was mainly interested in seeing what the local weather was doing to go to the beach. Beach is 2 blocks away and really easy walk. Coffee maker had shorted out and tripped circuit breaker. Was provided a brand new replacement for the room. Bathroom is nice, shower was clean and good pressure and kept a constant comfortable temperature. Not a terrible bother, but security gate is just outside the door and can be rather loud with people slamming it closed. Otherwise it was very quiet for my stay. Biggest concern that was some bothering was that there are some type of small bugs noticed mainly in the closet and kitchenette area. Don't think they're roaches, but I couldn't say definitively. All of the staff seemed friendly and accommodating to me.I was overall happy with my stay and would likely stay again if opportunity arose.

The apartments were never cleaned, you have to go to another building to check in. There were problems with the keys, we didn't swim in the pool because it was dirty, a terrible bed that is impossible to sleep on

To start, the front desk is located at a complete different location. I had to pay an additional $34 daily. Room was a bit dirty upon arrival. Parking situation is horrible. Don’t try to save money. Get yourself a nice stay. This place is deceiving!

I booked and paid for this hotel through Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I owed and additional $132. I called Expedia and after 30 minutes of them trying to reach the hotel I finally had to let the hotel use my cell phone to talk to Expedia. After that they didn’t ask for any more money and let me check in. I ended up leaving a day early but when I checked out I told them I wasn’t worried about a refund for the extra day already paid for. They told me all was good and they would refund my $100 deposit which they did. Then 2 days later they charged my credit card $103. When I tried to call them for an explanation I couldn’t get anyone to answer any of their numbers. I left several messages asking for a call back and got no response. I have since reported the charge as fraud but I will never stay at this property or any other property owned by this group again. Very poor business ethics.

I was in this hotel once before, and the experience was good, so I decided to stay here again. However, this time the experience was different. When we got to the hotel, we had to do the check-in in a different location. It was raining, so my husband had to walk Two blocks under the rain. When we got to the room, everything seemed OK. The bed was done, everything was in its place, but then I realized that nobody had cleaned their floors. I don't know if they forgot to clean! It was really dirty and dusty. It was disgusting. I truly believe that they forgot to clean, because I don’t think any hotel would consciously give its client a room that dirty.

Two emails from them before check in, both with incorrect information so I went to the wrong building, had to find a hand written sign directing me to another building to check in, then back to the first building because that's where my room was. Empty bottles of shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, no coffee for the morning. It all added up to the feeling the hotel just doesn't care.
