The room looked dirty, old, but the worst part was the carpet. I wasn’t brave enough to step with bare feet onto it. I turned on the lights in the middle of the night and saw many “visitors” - roaches - enjoying the room for free. Truly disgusting. 150$ for that was throwing the money by the window. I’ll not coming back there. Sorry

Was great for the price. Room was actually really quiet considering proximity to the airport. My coffee maker didn't work and the keys were kind of a pain (had to have it in the door just right to work). I also wish they didn't charge for coffee in the lobby or parking or would be 5 stars. My room was clean and staff up front were super duper friendly, though. Great for a no frills place to crash!

Room wasn’t the nicest. It was advertised to have a free airport shuttle and breakfast. They had neither!! Very disappointed. Wish we would have booked elsewhere.

I normally stay at this location due to price and location as well as convenience. In the last year, things have changed. Price has gone up, no more complimentary breakfast. I had to even ask for the free water after I checked in. I will not be stand here anymore.

There were cockroaches in the room. When we told the staff about it, they said they would make it right, then didnt answer expedia's calls to approve it.

This is a terrible representation of this hotel. Completely unacceptable while traveling with my child who had to wait to check in over an hour and a half and was warned my third party reservation might not be valid because it was after “11pm” and would be considered for the next day the 31st. While there was only one person at the front desk and over 10 people waiting to check in, everyone also had to endure the wait while even longer while he was taking phone calls and not attending the guests. Severely understaffed and just poor service. After that excruciating wait, I was finally checked in after 1 am. I would like to be either reimbursed or a discounted rate for a later stay to say the least.
