Room smelled of stale smoke and sheets were stained. Huge line for check-in due to plane cancellations and only one person at desk. Although he maintained his cool and was patient and polite despite stressful situation.

I didn't end up staying there, because they would not accept cash. I reserved the room with my card, and when it came time to stay the night, they would not accept cash for the room deposit. I spoke to two ladies. The first lady just gave up and let her supervisor explain, but she explained nothing, saying their computer told them they couldn't do it. It makes no sense why they wouldn't accept cash. I will never stay at a Red Roof inn again. So, I went across the street to La Quinta, where they happily accepted the cash.

I didn't stay there, I wanted to but I lost my physical card in Atlanta and they wouldn't accept my Google pay for a deposit. Everything else in Miami accepts Google pay even the busses here and the damn car wash vacuum cleaners, but for some reason the hotel wouldn't. So I had to sleep in the streets.
