DIRTY, run-down, and disrepair!! And, can't forget the Roaches running around! Only positive is it's close to Miami airport, and the young front desk reps try their best to give sub-par customer service. The owner should be ashamed of themselves to have such a rundown and Filthy location!

Didn’t use or need a pool. Building and room was smelly and old/tired. Crumbling walls and inconvenient to walk to anywhere to eat. I don’t this the light light fixtures over bed had ever been cleaned. Gross. Deadbolt didn’t work. It would had been barely ok, but was very high priced for this type of hotel.

A lot of noise in the hallway. The room door wouldn’t open at first—I had to use the key card more than five times before it finally worked. The hotel feels a bit outdated, but it served its purpose: a place to shower and stay for one night. It’s fine as a quick fix, but I wouldn’t stay here if I were vacationing for more than one night.

This place was discussing and dirty, also the smell on the old carpet was terrible not to mention the outside lawn was tall with trash. Parking area you have to paid extra per day and it looks unsafe with people hanging out smoking weed on the parking. The entire room and most of the place need to be takedown and redone. I which i can share pictures on this review to prove to you that I'm not exaggerating at all.

The hotel itself can use a lot of TLC. But checking in as late in the night as I did was comforting. With it being just myself and my daughter I already felt kind of unsafe but the gentleman at the front desk was kind and willing to answer all of my questions. I noticed that when I went to my room one of the bed linens had not been changed just made up as it had visible new stains on the outside of the top sheet. Previously being in hotel hospitality and being aware of the shortcuts tons of my coworkers would take I am that this was one. I asked the gentleman for a change of sheets and he offered to switch rooms but it was late and we were tired and didn't feel like moving so we stayed and changed the sheets. Upon checking out I noticed on the wall that there was a blood stain by the trashcan in the room that did not look liker there was any attempt to clean... I say off of this to say customer service was wonderful and if it were solely based off this " would definitely return. However, the cleaning of the rooms is completely unforgivable. I feel like with a hotel of this age/condition staff should try extra hard to maintain the facilities to make people want to stay and return.
