It was dingy and the hallway smelled. The establishment was pet friendly and it smelled like it. It was cold I canceled my return stay and booked at another nearby hotel. Someone needs to update the Expedia website because the hotel amenities are not correct. No complimentary breakfast. No shuttle to and from the airport which is crazy for a hotel near the airport. We had to DoorDash/Uber Eats for food & $5 for a personal size pop… I could go on and on.

They use to have shuttle svc from airport to hotel. Not available in july.the use to have continental breakfast no longer avsilable in july 2025 .they do have sorte of canteen svc for food but if you book for cruise continental bkfas was good. There is however shuttle svc to port at $$. Still ok

Won’t come back.

I got the premium room or whatever they called it. The room was dingy and gross and immediately in front of the elevator. Room service never came around or gave me towels or clean sheets. There were not one but TWO fights outside my door in the middle of the night my first night—the last fight was at around 3 a.m. People were slamming doors and yelling down the halls and taking phone calls in the hallways at all hours of the night. The entire floor reeked of marijuana, so I had to smell that every night. Plus all the airport noise—this was a miserable stay.
