I made a reservation including breakfast, but when I arrived, the office staff just said it wasn't included. I complained about that because it was sold to me, and he said, “That’s it; I can do nothing about that.” He was extremely rude. As a plus, the price on the day was super low compared to how much I paid! I have pictures showing the horrible conditions of the hotel in general. Never more!

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Appreciate the early check-in so that my friend and her kids could hangout at the pool instead of the airport. Shuttle was running right on time every 30min. Older building, but clean and comfortable.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. I REPORTED THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN TO GOOD STANDARD, THE CHAIR IN THE ROOM WAS FULL OF DUST, THE BATHRROM TILES HAD SOMEONE ELSE HAIR ON THE WALL. THE TABLE DID NOT GET CLEAN. I INTENTIONALLY LEFT A COFFEE CUP IN THE ROOM, ONLY TO RETURN AND IT WAS STILL THERE. THE PRICE WAS OVERRATED FOR A TACKY ROOM WITH OLD A/C UNIT ON THE FLOOR. AND A QUICK HURRY RENOVATION JOB IN THE BATHROOM. PEOPLE EXPECT TO GET WHAT THEY PAID FOR.

There was a foul scent on the second floor. The was also this guy at the front desk who was very rude. Our keys keep deactivating so we had to go there often and his response was “go to another hotel” a guy with glasses.

Good for the price, close to main highway

The room was supposed to have a coffee maker, but nothing was there. We were offered coffee, which was provided at the lobby, mind you after a long walk from the room, as the place is being renovated. The staff and Housekeepers were very kind and friendly. The room was nicely renovated and comfortable.

The administration is young people who don't mind giving a good service to get people back. And staff managers don't care what they train, they are instant repeaters, no empathy and service. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff are excellent

It was a little scary experience and people was outside smoking other substance. Some live at the hotel the furniture is out dated and damaged, all doors needed to be replaced . This hotel was not giving good vibes for three ladies. But you get what you pay for!!! And it's cats roaming the hotel too, like they pay rent too.
