Door jammed when leaving room, bolt lock came out and it was a struggle and wiggle to fix it. Reported it to front desk- was advised on how to finagle it- SO THEY KNOW IT IS A PROBLEM- but won’t FIX IT?! Toilet doesn’t want to flush, light fixture above bed.. DISGUSTING! CLEAN IT! Stay hairs left in tub and on floors, better stick vacuuming needed! I could have gone elsewhere and felt better. ROOM 328!

The bed in my room was very uncomfortable and because of the adjorning door. We were not able to get a good night rest because the noise coming from the other room was very loud. The room was also filled with mold and smell of cigarette.

It was an average overutilized could be updated room. Nothing spectacular. I checked in extremely late on Christmas morning. I was supposedto arrive Christmas Eve. I called numerous times with updates. The staff was accomodating. I paid for the whole 4 day stay in full at check in. The money was taken out of my account immediately. I checked out 2 days early my money was refunded within an hour. Two days later I WAS CHARGED FOR THE FULL STAY AGAIN. My bank account was emptied with no explanation. Then the confusion started. The front desk couldn't see the charges because it was pending. The names used to take my money and refund my money were different so the the bank couldn't see the transactions clearly and because the funds were pending until I explained it. Meanwhile, I have no money and no explanation. The bank said I authorized the payment and I had to convince them to file a claim to get my money back. It was finally replaced on New Years Eve. No money to prepare for New Years was extremely frustrating when you're one of the people caught in the check to check rat race that tried to do something special for the family for a change.

Some people might think different, but my reasons for good -value is: 1. You get nice big room 2. You get clean towels and sheets, no bugs 3. Soundproof is good, i hardly heard planes 4. Staff is wonderful 5. Coffeemaker and microwave in room Maybe it has some little smell or lacking paint from somewhere, but price is not bad either. Think about that.

I stayed overnight after disembarking a cruise ship and prepare to fly home the next day. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. I liked that the hotel had a cafeteria and food from the menu was made to order. There was also a food truck outside but I didn’t check them out. The rooms were clean and comfortable but a little dated. I felt safe and it’s a great stop over for going to the cruise ships and the airport.

The photos most definitely do not match the hotel’s appearance. I primarily booked this hotel to be close to the airport & to use the airport shuttle that was included in the hotel only to find out the shuttle hasn’t worked for the past 18 months!!!! The tub looked atrocious, the food truck was broken down as well, & to put the cherry on top the power goes out while I’m in the shower & stays out for an hour. I wouldn’t let my dog book this hotel if she could. Horrible
