They canceled reservation and didn’t tell me that. Avoid booking this hotel

Disposal was broken among other things in the apartment. There was a hidden charge $175 which they requested. Expedia provided different amount during booking. No beach umbrella which was promised. We saw roaches. Water was not working properly in the shower. Second bedroom is really a closet with 2 small beds. They promised 12th floor, but gave 3rd floor (same pictures of condo during booking).

Me siento engañado

Todo empezo al confirmar el pago a hoteles.com, pues inmediatamente despues me aparecio la informacion sobre que debia hacer otro pago al llegar al hotel. Ese pago era mas del 80% de lo que ya habia pagado. El apartamento estaba en condiciones tan malas que decidimos no quedarnos y confiar que hoteles.com nos reintegre el pago hecho.
