We want you to relax, enjoy the home, and have a wonderful stay. To protect the property, our neighbors, and all guests, please follow these house rules.
### Registered Guests Only
• Maximum occupancy is 10 registered guests.
• Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property.
• Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior written approval from the host.
• The number of overnight guests may never exceed the property`s maximum occupancy.
### No Parties or Events
• Parties, events, gatherings, receptions, and celebrations involving unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.
• Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or activity that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.
### Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please keep music, conversations, and outdoor activity at a respectful volume, especially during quiet hours.
• This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and guests must respect our neighbors at all times.
### No Smoking or Vaping
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
• This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping devices, and similar products.
• Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning and odor-removal charges.
### Pool Rules
• The pool is for registered guests only.
• There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No diving, running, rough play, or unsafe behavior around the pool.
• No glass bottles, glassware, or other glass items are permitted in or around the pool area.
• No food or drinks are permitted in the pool.
• Please use pool towels only for the pool and do not use bath towels outdoors.
• Pool hours end at 10:00 PM to protect neighborhood quiet hours.
### Children and Safety
• Children, toddlers, and infants must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• The home includes stairs, a swimming pool, and other areas requiring close adult supervision.
• Guests are responsible for the safety of all children in their party.
### Parking
• Park only in the designated parking spaces provided for the property.
• Do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, streets, or other vehicles.
• Unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner`s expense.
### Pet Policy
• Pets are permitted only when included in the reservation and approved in advance.
• Applicable pet fees must be paid before arrival.
• Pets may not be left unattended if they are likely to bark or disturb neighbors.
• Guests must immediately clean up after their pets.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.
### Respect the Home
• Please treat the home, furniture, appliances, linens, and amenities with care.
• Do not move indoor furniture outside.
• Do not rearrange heavy furniture.
• Report accidental damage as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
### Security Cameras
• Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only for safety and property protection.
• There are no cameras inside the home or in private interior spaces.
• Tampering with, covering, disconnecting, or disabling security equipment is prohibited.
### Doors, Windows, and Air Conditioning
• Keep exterior doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is operating.
• Do not leave doors open for extended periods.
• Please lock all exterior doors whenever leaving the property.
### Keys and Access Devices
• Any physical keys or access devices provided must be returned as instructed.
• A $100 replacement charge may apply to keys that are lost or not returned.
### Online Check-In Requirements
• Before check-in instructions and door codes can be released, guests must complete the required online check-in process.
• This may include completing the check-in form, signing the rental agreement, and providing credit card information for the $250 incidental-damage deposit hold.
### Check-Out
Before leaving, please:
• Place used white towels in the washing machine with detergent and start the heavy cycle.
• Do not wash colored or pool towels with the white towels.
• Place trash in the designated bins.
• Return furniture and household items to their original locations.
• Close and lock all doors and windows.
• Return any keys as instructed.
• Check the home carefully for personal belongings.
### Damages and Excessive Cleaning
• Guests are responsible for damage caused by members of their reservation, visitors, or pets.
• Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, smoking, missing items, damaged property, or violations requiring additional services.
### Important
Failure to follow the house rules may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation when permitted by the booking platform and applicable law.
