All of the chairs of the dinning tqble are broken. The pressure of the water of shower was bad. Towels too small. No hand towels. Host response really bad. Told me there was no gym and found out there was one

Muebles viejos , sucios y descuidados da asco sentarse en la sala. Ruido de trabajos internos desde las 8.30 am. Y durante todo el día. Dejaron una toalla de baño y una de manos para dos personas , pedimos más toallas extra y nunca las llevaron. No sirve la caja de seguridad, la puerta del closet no cierra y con maletas y articulos que suponemos son del dueño todo aventado. La puerta de entrada hinchada y la de la terraza pesadisima no le han dado mantenimiento y es una hazaña abrirla. Los controles de la tv no sirven, paredes manchadas, la regadera-bañera altisima fuera de regulacion entrar o salir muy complicado. El lavaplatos tira agua y hay un hueco en el piso. Almohadas de pesima calidad y el colchon viejo , edredon sin funda y solo dejan una sabana. Dejaron unas sabanas aventadas en la sala. El personal de recepción no se hace responsable de nada. Cero respuesta del dueño u operador. El piso no lo han lavado en mucho tiempo, todo sucio. Todas las personas en el elevador quejandose por lo que venos no fuimos los unicos con problemas. Definitivamente la peor experiencia que hemos tenido. No deberian de ofrecer estos departamentos en su plataforma.
