This experience has been extremely difficult for us. We spent HOURS on the phone with Expedia, WestJet and Delta to correct a minor issue with our tickets. Lots of frustration, time lost and transferring between all parties not taking ownership and passing the request around. Event when we arrived at the airport I still experienced grief and delays. Was on the phone right up to me clearing US customs !! The hotel when we arrived ( late as both flights had been delayed) did not have shuttle service and their communication system was completely DOWN for days which is why we couldn’t get in touch with anyone to clarify our reservation status and advise them our late arrival time. A lot of issues that could have been resolved in a timely manner or best completely avoided altogether. Poor service and very bad communication.
