We had high hopes for this condo, from the picture's it looked great. Having had a bad experience last year in Florida I asked the agent continually do they clean , is it nice and she assured me it was. The location is very good except for the fact both buildings on either side were being fully renovated and we had to listen to jackhammers all day on the beach. Our building was also under construction , the hallways were torn apart , the air conditioner didn't work and our pool was under construction..again never told to us. When we walked in we were hit with a stench coming from the first closet where mops were stored and smelled so bad. The kitchen essentials were missing 3 coffee mugs and one wine glass ..no spoons...bedsheets and pillows stained. One pillow was actually moldy. Next to the refrigerator was solid grime and dirt ..again I asked the agent do they clean and she said" they steam clean" The first morning we found the coffee maker was broken and had to purchase another. The ice maker was broken making too much ice and a technician had to come and pull the whole freezer apart. We actually left a week early. A very bad experience all around and we will probably never use vrbo again. The condo definitely has an absentee owner and the agent has probably not been there in a long time...Pictures looked great too bad it was a nightmare.
