The hotel is functional, but many features inside are outdated, including hallway carpets and ceiling fans. Our room’s bathroom was old, toilet flushing did not always work and the bed lines were dated as well. The A/C window unit worked ok.

This hotel is dirty and nasty, it smells, its completely misrepresented in the photos, bed was broken, stained, none of the ammenities they said would be in the room were there. We got moved to other rooms that lacked even basics like a fridge or coffee maker. It was filthy, no one was willing to help us. 0 stars

There was no hot water on the shower only in the sink, the wall by the sink and and outside the bathroom had brown stain looking like poop! I didn’t want to even try and find out what it was I o my avoid it because I was very tired and I only needed the room to sleep I was out form morning to late night those two full days I was there! The room was smelling like old sheets and it felt so much humidity! I had to spray my mini Lysol. The key wasn’t working 24 hours after! I had to go in front and request a new or to activate it! The stuff was the only good thing about the place and also I love everything was very near entertainment restaurants stores tourist and many more

This property is using an old pic of the property from years ago. This place looks nothing like this and smells bad. It looks like a hotel you’d take a hooker. If you’re thinking of booking this to save money DON’T. Your significant other and children deserves better. It’s in a nice neighborhood but looks like a place on Baltimore east side on the inside. Did I mention the smell already ugh

The room was old and smelly. Ac didnt work well. Sheets and comforter had many stains. Light fixtures were rusty. Carpet was dirty and stained. Bathroom seemed to be clean but very outdated. Faucets were very corroded. Loud parties and loud traffic until nearly 3am.

Entire hotel needs overhaul
Staff was friendly. Restaurant on premise was slow but was literally the best cheeseburger we have ever had. The hotel itself looked nothing like the pics. Hallways were nasty. Stairwells scary. Everything about it was outdated. Bathroom was clean but carpet and bedspread looked like it was from the 80’s. Felt like the pictures must’ve been take. For the website 20 years ago. Would not stay again.

Horrible experience. Beddings are dirty, and my friend felt uncomfortable after staying in bed for 20 minutes. Dogs' barking from other room can be clealy heard. Staffs are terrible and rude, showing little respect to customers.
