Hotel appears to be relatively new and well maintained. It is located within walking distance of downtown Coral Gables. It is a strong value, especially in Coral Gables, where hotels can be very expensive.

Excellent property… however your Parking Fees should be removed for Marriott Members. When you are on business the rental cars only stay there overnight and this property has more than enough parking facilities.

This is a beautiful property, its designed classically elegant. The girls at the desk were personable and knowledgable, they sighed me up to safe a few dollars, which is always appreciated. Everything was so clean. There is a Starbucks on premise. Our room was beautiful the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom...well I would like that in my home.

We were helping our son move into his apartment in Coral Gables. This is an excellent location and very close to Miracle Mile with lots of shops and restaurants.
