FBooked lunch for my husband bday when we got there “area Was closed”. No notice. We had to go in town to eat. Pictures of hotel are not relevant. It looks worse. We booked the night, checkin is at 4 pm. Pool close early and in am when we went to the pool to “relax” bunch of ppl came for swimming class, loud, walking over us, shouting, taking over the pool. We had to leave. Again, no notice that pool is rented for classes! We spent a Lots of money to relax and it was a mess.

Hotel seemed nice, but was very dated and carpet, etc had not been updated. This caused a cleanliness issue. Room had spots by the drapes where there was a collection of bugs, and debris. Service was good, and hotel was likely very nice at one point, but would not stay there again.

Historical amazing hotel and Spa. The staff is the best in Miami hands down! The hotel and the room though have a old smell like musky, only downside for me. Might be time for a renovation
