Incredible stay! We travel to the 1Hotel quarterly for business and pleasure, and this was our first time staying in the residences and we will only do this moving forward. The apartment is beautifully designed, you get all the same amenities at a more affordable price, and the entirety of the process was seamless start to finish. Highly highly recommend booking this unit and any other units this group has!

Wonderful Getaway!

Everything about his home was spectacular! Easy check in, great communication and well appointed residence. The location and view were outstanding. We will be back and rent from Natalie. Much more space with all the amenities of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this home!

Fabulous apartment for beach holiday!

This was the perfect apartment for our family of four to celebrate with a holiday getaway together for 5 days. Our kids are both in college and wanted to experience the beach, shopping and Heat game. The apartment is gorgeous and comfortable, fully furnished, clean with stunning view of the beach and walkout access through the resort amenities. We would definitely come back! The location is also perfect.So many great restaurants and lots to do and explore within walking distance. This comment is about the resort, not the unit: I would not recommend it for teenagers (our kids are 19 and 21). They would not allow our 19 year old to use the rooftop pool, even with parents. This was frustrating because the other pools are overcrowded and overrun with toddlers and young children. It would be nice if the 1hotel could have a dedicated space for teens ages 14-20. That being said, the apartment is absolutely fabulous, even better than the pictures!

While seemingly complex at first with a slew of information, check in and communication was quite simple upon arrival. For all intents and purposes, you're at the 1 Hotel in a very large 1 bedroom, or the nicest property in South Beach. Amenities are second to none: Pools, bars, beach, free rides in Audi, amazing staff, ability to enjoy the grounds before and after checkout, fantastic valet (much faster than on the hotel side), all in all amazing. Room to spare, pristine condition, super comfy bed, great space, nice balcony with ocean view, and Natalie, Robinson and Joe were terrific. 5 Stars. Only minor complaint was lack of light in the bathroom that apparently ladies appreciate/need to get ready :)

Beautiful & spacious condo

Exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The unit was large, super clean, modern, quiet with beautiful ocean view & convenient location. The unit was perfect and facilities were amazing. One of the staff members, Robinson met us immediately after the check in with a bottle of wine to explain all the details about the unit and what Miami has to offer! Very nice personal touch! Natalie, is a super host who will respond to all inquiries within mins! My family enjoyed high level of service and will definitely return soon!

The accommodations were beautiful and as described in the listing. The only complaint is there were several people involved with the check-in process. 3 different contact people had to be in the loop and it wasn’t super clear who was talking to who. Otherwise it was a fabulous experience!

Nice to have separate lobby

The unit itself was terrific. I love having extra powder room. The views were good. Staying in the residences over the hotel is so much better. But for the fact that the rates did not include a stocked mini fridge or daily housekeeping being able to check out from the hussle and bussle of the main hotel entrance really one me over. I do not love the elevator set up though. Would stay again.

We would highly recommend this property. Great location, amenities and customer service was top notch. Great for conferences, families, pet friendly property, remote working, etc. If we could live there, we would. Bed was comfortable, unit had everything you need. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit too. Balcony view was perfect for morning coffees, remote working and sunset views. The restaurants on site was able to cater to all dietary needs too. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing unit on a beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate, well decorated, and well situated unit. The 1 Hotel is the best hotel in Miami. The pool and beach are wonderful. Service was top notch. Restaurants and bars were all good. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was easy to communicate with.
