Staff at parking and front counter were unhelpful and lacked and form of customer service - neither position made us feel welcome or could assist us with our questions or provide a solution to our situation. There were no please or thank you from the front counter staff. This hotel lacks customer service and the staff have emotion, personality or empathy for customer. I will never come back here.

Great Hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the tv did not work but the hotel compensated us for the inconvenience.

My room was replaced which ended up being ok, because it was over booked. The room that was giving to us was dirty. As soon as I walked in there was hair on the floor entry room and bathroom. Also there was hair all within my bed sheets and comforter. The hallways is dark and the doors remind me of a jail cell hallways. The 200 holding fee per night is outrageous. The parking garage for the section E, there barely any spaces and the stairwell was nasty and smelt horrible, like homeless people sleeps there.

The staff was amazing! Super sweet and staff was accommodating and the room was ready on time which I love! Would definitely stay here again! Very close to SoFi stadium I’d say about a 10-15 min drive.
