Stoll through the massive parklands all built around dragon culture, or head to Minsk World, which is a converted Soviet Aircraft Carrier that's now a military themed amusement park. Try the shooting range and many carnival themed games, and don't miss the re-enactments of the military parades on the deck, or the disco in the main aircraft hangar.
