Incredible staff that always goes beyond the call of duty. A special thanks to chief butler, Faust Hong, who always makes me feel right at home. Dillon, who works in the restaurant is always eager to meet one's every need. Awesome staff and a truly incredible property. I always make the St. Regis my preferred hotel when in Shenzhen!!!

Amazing views and great rooms! Restaurants shut early before 9.3O so went hungry! Bar is nice with similar great views but limited food! The bar on the 100th floor is shut though? Also strange but very limited English spoken by staff which is not my previous experience on staying at St Regis hotels in Asia!

Would be better if the design is more thoughtful eg there is no full length mirror in the room, the bathroom light could not be switched on if the “master” light switch is off (had to turn on the “master” when one of us had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the light), and the video screen in the 100/F lounge was too bright.

The staff are very friendly and help full we had great time at this hotel only downside need more staff speak english so could help without language barriers.

It is conveniently located opposite to k k mall and near the luxury stores. The room and its view is fabulous. The breakfast at 95/f is very good too. Will definitely go again

Couple getaway to Shenzhen

Super friendly and helpful staff. Room is very clean and neat, very good breakfast, amazing views from the top floors of one of Shenzhen’s highest building. We enjoy our stay and are looking forward to coming back soon again.
