A Safe and reliable. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Laundry, kitchenette, mini office. The staff are attentive and the security is very friendly and helpful. House keeping is a turnaround of under 5 mins. Late check out is a very standout option here at 2pm! This is the 2nd time I stayed at Fraser Suite Shenzhen. Love the location, proximity to shopping and plenty restaurants to choose from. Facility is clean and quite well maintained. We were checked in by Zoey. She is warm, client focused and personable. She also assisted us with restaurant booking which was very much appreciated.

A The rooms were superbly fitted out. Lux bathrooms and firm comfortable, clean beds. The toiletries were also off high quality. The room climate controls were cutting edge and the temperature was always pleasant. The staff were very friendly, even offering to order a midnight snack and deliver it to my door. Will stay again!

Great Shenzhen hotel.

Fraser is great. Hotel staff very much accommodating. Breakfast is delicious. Love the roofdeck gym and pool. Only complaint, sometimes internet gets kinda slow. But its alright. Hiro (Manager) is helpful. Channing (front desk) is an expert with the parcels and luggage. They gladly kept my luggage since i wasnt able to bring it to my flight cuz overweight. Will definitely be coming back.

Comfortable and good service

I’ve been staying in this hotel for couple times. Service is always outstanding. Mr. Chen is nice to me in check out process. I am happy and definitely will come back again.
