Stayed during a reception at Buckingham Palace. Room was incredibly small and cramped. Drinks were overpriced. One can only wonder as to the reason for this hotels 5* rating. I’ve stayed in many other hotels that offer much more for much less. View looked on to service shaft, an upgrade believe it or not. You’re paying for the location here, but a premier inn could be a better choice for what you end up getting.

This hotel is highly recommended, as I've stayed in so many in London and the location is perfect. The staff is absolutely accommodating. The food is delicious The décor is headed well.
