The safe didn’t work for a day, had to get a new one, took a full day to do that. The soap in the shower was empty, and the curtain let’s lot of light in early in the morning.

The location was perfect for me. A 13 minute walk to the theater district and a 5 minute walk to the tube station with. Direct line to Heathrow. The room was comfortable and nice size

Very nice hotel but needs some up grade and maintenance to the rooms. The lobby looks 5 star however the rooms required some work. Very busy street, lots of sirens going on all day and all night. We asked for a better room and the concierge was very helpful. Improved our stay a great deal. Excellent breakfast!

The AC in our unit died on the first night. They made us check out and then check back in so that we could get a different room, which are up so much of a vacation day. And then the room that we got reassigned too also had an iffy AC.

The property was ok, the staff very kindly, but because we arrived very early we had to wait until the room were ready and didn’t offer me to upgrade the room, but offered me a discount for an issue with the room.
