great stay in this boutique hotel, in the centre of Ealing Broadway so great for transport, restaurants , yet quite . Super comfortable., very friendly staff

The staff were absolute gems and super comfortable beds, warm temperatures, and easy to get to central London. The overall hotel could use a refresh and remove all the carpet from the hotel rooms as well as add some new paint colors and in-room furniture. I also think the main reception area could use a makeover and more people would sit and have breakfast etc.

Great place to stay

Shower had no water pressure, but we were offered to switch rooms. Very comfy bed, excellent breakfast & very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

Avoid, Rude, Avoid

Appalling reception service with demand for a plastic credit card for a deposit that I did not intend to use and a passport for ID, despite me booking through Hotels.com and having travelled within the UK. Receptionist couldn’t understand why I would t have a plastic card, I use apple pay for everything, or why I was reluctant to hand over my passport, again, check my credentials through Hotels.com. I showed her my Hotels.com booking on my phone and she refused to look. She then spent a ridiculous amount of time recording my passport information in the computer, she said she needed to confirm that I was who I claimed to be! I will not be booking again at this location. Rooms are nice and up to date, but you will be entering a hotel that behaves like a ‘police state’.
