Staff were great, Bar staff fun and gregarious. Breakfast monitored by 4 to five persons and great. Room was Victorian and regal. Would have liked scaffolding to be down and probably is now.

Disappointing accommodations for a brand like Hilton...way overpriced. The "family room" was smallish..expected more room than the price reflected. The number of electrical outlets was very limited...I understand this is an old structure, but it could be improved upon I think.

Overall good, just a couple of small issues

Really nice hotel that has had recent renovations. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for a private function and it was far too hot to eat in the bar. The air con randomly started making a chugging noise, maintenance said nothing wrong with it. But it did it again in the night so had to turn it off. Great location.
