Rooms and bathrooms are small but clean and comfortable. The air conditioning did not work in our room, which was pretty terrible early June. Thankfully my kids had the connecting room with working air conditioning, so I was able to sleep there (my older daughter and my husband are less sensitive to heat). We opened the connecting door so they were able to get some cool air that way too. No compensation was offered for the non working air conditioning by staff in the morning. The restaurant inside the hotel has good food and good service. The shuttle is a nice touch, it was timely and the driver was friendly. We did not get the bagged breakfast that was offered and we asked for, but I guess that happens. There is a shoe store next door to the hotel (accessible from the hotel) with good selection and good prices for leather shoes.

Great hotel itself fairly close to airport but absolutely nothing to see in the surrounding area. Shuttle only runs 4 am to noon and then from 4pm onwards … you also have to pre-arrange a shuttle pickup from airport 3days in advance which wasn’t made clear.

We had a problem with the shuttle. Due to a delay at the airport we missed our booked shuttle time and then were unable to get in contact with the hotel or shuttle driver to secure transportation. We specifically chose this hotel for the closeness to the airport with complimentary shuttle service. The boxed breakfast was ready early in compensation for missing breakfast due to an early flight.
