The location was convenient for me as I walked 15 minutes from the cruise ship terminal. The room was modern and is very nice. The only issue I had was with transportation to the airport. I asked the hotel to arrange for a car to pick me up at 6:30am. The request was not a problem for them. Unfortunately the car did not show up. The hotel then called a taxi for me. Slight delay but I had extra time as I anticipate these problems. Next time I will probably just use Uber.

Team members at this property were all on point! I love that they are so prompt responding to my inquiries and my requests were accommodated right away. From airport transfers to excursions along with dining reservations. They say "Location, Location, Location." and this property is close to everything you wish to see in Lisbon! There's a market around the corner where you can get your necessities and shopping too everywhere! Thank you for helping me and my mom fulfill her dreams to go to Fatima!

Location and staff are great. Rooms cleaned, and nice decor. However, the room is very small (it’s hard even to accommodate two opened luggages). Also you have no privacy in the washroom, which is just a glass box in the middle of the room.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, the hotel was very clean, people were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect close to restaurants, transportations and activities. We would stay at Turim again.

Great location, friendly staff. Two issues- room was not ready on time and we were unable to arrive via plane due to the power grid failure in Portugal and Spain. As a courtesy. I would have expected the hotelto give a full refund but only received $29.
