The room is old and smell bad when first go in. Bathroom settings are bad. The shower head hang so high that both me and my wife cannot reach it easily. Toilet located so close to the sink that is difficult to use or sit at.

Good hotel in prime location. Stone’s throw away from Rossio square Christmas market and shopping area. Many dining options as well. The rooftop views are amazing. Supermarket under the hotel was very convenient. Also, tram 28 starts from the hotel, hence convenient to get a seat. Surprise dessert and wine upon check-in was a nice touch. We even got 1 free drink each from their lobby bar.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place is located close to shopping, restaurants and train station as well as sightseeing locations. The hotel rooms very nice and clean. Breakfast was a buffet style which was included and very enjoyable. Also fairly short distance to the airport. I highly recommend it.
