The staff are amazing, so welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. The bed was enormous, the room comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast buffet had a huge selection. The rooftop pool and bar a lovely spot with great views. The Lumen Light Show is very clever, well done. Easy walk to the city centre, metro and busses only a block away. Special mentìon to Miriam who welcomed us, she is a star! Thanks for a fabulous stay, Sue and Russell, New Zealand.

I liked this hotel, it is modern, clean and the room was very well equipped and comfortable. The light show is a nice addition. The breakfast is okay - the cold buffet food is good, but the hot food was never hot or tasty. The staff is extremely helpful. The rooftop is pretty nice. The location is just north of trendy areas, but overall very convenient.

This hotel was a clean and convenient place to stay in Lisbon. When we arrived they upgraded our room without asking. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good. It was walkable to some shopping areas and the main park in the city. I recommend this place.

Excellent hotel with a staff that is friendly, professional, and helpful. Getting to the hotel from the airport using the metro is very easy. The parking garage will test your driving skills as the path to parking spaces is a bit tight, but we look forward to our next stay at this location.

The staff at The Lumen Hotel were fantastic- so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. The only issue we had was that the pool was closed during our stay. This was extremely disappointing as there was no mention of the closure dates until after our booking was made. This was one of the reasons we had chosen this hotel for the rooftop pool.

We stayed in this hotel for a week and loved every bit of it. Their service is exceptional, very responsive, quick. They offer welcome snacks upon arrival, the water was free and even the coffee, as we ordered it everyday, we’ve travelled all around Europe and that was rare. The location is very close to the attractions however, there might be some attractions where you would have to take uber/ train etc. If we visited Portugal again I would stay here again no questions asked.

We stayed at the Lumen Hotel in Lisbon for five nights and had a fantastic experience. Breakfast was delicious with tons of variety. The location is great—walkable, in a nice area, and cabs to the center are easy. Service was honestly top-notch; super clean and the staff were all really professional. The amenities are solid too. The rooftop is a cool spot, and if you’re on the sixth floor, the executive lounge is perfect for working or just chilling. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and there are plenty of spaces to relax or get stuff done. The evening light show was such a nice touch—we ended up watching it three times. The whole design of the hotel is thoughtful, nature-inspired, and clearly focused on sustainability. Also, great shower pressure, which is always a win. If I had to nitpick, a sauna would’ve been a nice bonus—but overall, it was a genuinely great stay.
