Beautiful property, clean rooms…loved that AC was on so apartment was nice and cool. Very easy to commute to places and area is safe. Communication was good…easy check-in. Just taking out a star since my daughter saw a roach under the kitchen sink our first morning there…prompting us to throwing out garbage everyday.

Madalena Orquídea Living was the perfect place for us. We had a two bed two bath that is very spacious, clean modern and well maintained. It was very close to the grocery store, making it easy to stock up the very spacious fridge. Its also a few blocks away from the noisey touristy areas , with good restaurants and coffee places. Management was very responsive the internet was down on one day ,i reached out to them on their WhatsAPP and got immediate response that they were working on it with the local carrier. Madalena Orquídea Living lived up to our expectations and would recommend it to my friends & family.

This was a great place for our family of four. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the subway and even to the trains. For us, the location was perfect. Easy to check in.
