A little gem in Lisbon
A really clean hotel throught the public areas and the bedroom room. Friendly staff at reception, room service and in breakfast room. decent choice of hot and cold buffet breakfast.Vey comfortable bed and excellent water pressure when showering. Great to have a hotel that still provides individual pots of shower gel and soaps.
The hotel location is just a two minute walk from Anjos metro station, just a short 10 minute metro ride to the city centre and city buses also stop close by.
The only minor fault was one of the two guest lifts was out of order; My room was on the top(7th) floor so sometimes had to wait a while for the lift to arrive when called.
As other reviews have commented there is a rumbling noise from the metro trains passing below , noticable at first but the noise blends into the background and didnt cause me any concern for my 3 night stay.
My room also had an outside patio area overlooking the street below which is a good hang out in fine weather. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit all weekend so didnt take advantage of this when i was in the room.
