Cozy, clean and great location.
This was a nice room, a little small but had enough room to walk all around the bed and had a chair which we appreciated and a good closet. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink was very small, but everything was very clean and the shower worked well. The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful with advice about the train, taxis, and good restaurants. I also called ahead to find out where to get dropped off on arrival and getting specific directions that we wrote down helped the taxi driver. The breakfast next door was also good and gave us a take-away box so we could get to an early tour. We would stay here again! Advice-if you are planning a taxi from the airport to the hotel, taking an Uber will save you about half the cost of a taxi.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel is in an ideal position for exploring Lisbon and there are so many restaurants just on your doorstep. Great shopping opportunities as well. Breakfast is available in hotel but there are other options just outside if you choose not to eat in hotel.

Excellent facility, excellent service. Only blemish, which unfortunately was a big one, is that the property has an outdated heating/cooling system that cannot provide cooling during a warm day at the end of the winter season. Our room had to have been 80 degrees when we arrived- not a wonderful sleeping temperature.

The staff was sooo attentive and friendly. They greeted us with some Porto wine and pastéis de nata. The hotel's location is unbeatable! I would absolutely stay here again!

Very central, staff were very obliging and accommodating, they booked our restaurant for us. The hotel also dealt with my dietary requirements, if visiting Lisbon again we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is fantastic, perfect location to get around. Rooms were good, everything you need for a short break. The receptionists at the hotel are lovely, really helpful and friendly. I would stay again and definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access all the popular sites and transportation. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and answered all our inquiries. Good breakfast- variety and timing. While there are signs in the rooms for reusing towels (and sheets), the towels are changed every day. Beware if you are noise sensitive or an early sleeper: there are musicians/performers that play just at the next corner, often with large crowds. It was nice to have the entertainment, but it does continue until 11pm (noise curfew).

Great location for solo female traveller
Great location for solo female traveller. Entrance in busy pedestrian street 2 minutes walk from Rossio Square and metro from airport. Lots of organised tours eg walking tour , go from here too.Very friendly and helpful. Provided me with a kettle in my room as requested when booked. Very nice breakfast , and a Portuguese custard tart and a glass of port given on checking in. Great welcome .
