Small room on 5th floor, but great location, convenient to everything. The desk staff helped us a lot, buy a pass at the Metro Station, we used busses, trolley, subway. Easy and cheap.

Excellent and beautiful hotel. Only warning (for some rooms) is the tub only, no shower, just a hose. Beautiful property, super clean, and restaurant food was insanely good.

Well located in center town. Standard rooms are quite small with no stand for luggage or area to leave even small/medium luggage open. No lounge as hotel entry is through a restaurant. Charming and reasonably updated. Good AC. Facilities and amenities are limited.

A Wonderful Stay in Lisbon! I had an amazing time at this boutique hotel in Lisbon. The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch throughout my stay. Check-in was seamless, and the elevator was impressively fast! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located spot in the city.

This is a lovely , clean , centrally located hotel . The staff was very efficient and was always happy to help answer questions about directions , restaurants or special activities in the area . I stayed for 11 nights and it was most enjoyable. The location was perfect and many attractions were walkable from the hotel . Thank you for making my first but certainly not last trip to Portugal memorable.

Beautiful location in the heart of Lisbon, easily walkable to major attractions of the city. I had a great corner room on the top floor with balconies looking out into the plaza. My bathroom had a bathtub but no shower, which I would have preferred. The hotel lobby is non-existent.

The Story Figueira has a good location which is fairly convenient for getting around. We had a horrible experience with the hotel in that the first night when we checked into the hotel, my husband was so tired that he felt asleep on the bed (without lifting the top bedsheet) and I didn't want to wake him up so I didn't turn on any lights and just lifted the bedsheet and went to bed. The next morning when I woke up i felt something on the bedsheet, I tough it and saw a couple of brown spots on my side of the bedsheet. I initially though its chocolate but then when I turned on the light and blinds I realized that it's feces. I got furious and went downstairs and told the receptionist. She asked me why I did not find out the night before and I explained to her the reason. She sent a couple of ladies from housekeeping and I took pictures and asked them to change all my pillow cases and sheets. My husband and I had to wash all our underwears, pyjamas and wipe down all the headboards, coffee tables, faucets etc. I then spoke to the hotel manager Alfonso Santos, front office manager in person and in whatsapp. I am shock that Mr. Santos did not even apologize but simply said the sheets have been changed. I then whatsapp the contact on the hotel card and he responded saying that the hotel offers "impeccable" standard of service and he "firmly stands by his staff and company". My husband and I own businesses in Canada and we would never ever treat our customers this way.

A great hotel experience

A perfect place to drop your bags for the Camino de Santiago. I dropped off my bags after staying one night before flying on to Paris for the start of my Camino experience. I retrieved my bag upon my new returning reservation. The staff already had my bags in the room awaiting me. The food is a geat value and expertly prepared. It is very welcoming to be offered a free arrival drink. A great hotel experience

Check in was quick. Check in counter is oddly located right next to the bar area. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to get around especially on foot. The rooms and halls are very dark and gloomy, making it not very warm and inviting. Rooms were spacious with high ceilings. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.

Perfect experience

Fantastic service and the whole experience for the visitor had been well thought through from free welcome and leaving drinks, simple reference guide to traveler info, and they spotted (I think from my passport) it was my birthday and sent cake and wine to our room.

Excellent hotel. Very central. Close to attractions, metro and restaurants. The rooms were immaculate. Very comfy beds. Sound proofing was amazing, being on a busy street, we couldn’t hear a thing once you shut the windows.
