Great location. Great attitude. Small rooms but that’s fine. Breakfast could be improved - ok by US standards but every cafe in Lisbon does a better job. Their restaurant is great for dinner though.

Very happy with the hotel’s hospitality. The check-in was seemless, the room with the balcony was spotless and had a huge bottle of Evian in the room. The consierge service was excellent and recommended a great spot to eat. The hotel’s communication was awesome. Upon departure to the airport, they called a taxi. Very happy with their service. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room smelled musky the first night and then of sewage the following night. The pipes rattle when you use the washroom, and you can hear your neighbours.

Room was small, but I chose the mini 2 people would have easily fit, as long as you weren’t planning to spend time in the room. Water was nice and hot, amazing water pressure. Staff was incredibly helpful with anything you needed!

The front desk staff were so kind and friendly to us! Easy to get along with… also were happy to give suggestions. The breakfast service every morning was basic but we’re happy we got it to fuel our mornings! The room was a little small, it was basically all bed no flex space lol and the bed had two divots (one in each side) so it was uncomfortable on our backs when we would move around while we slept.
