Excellent, friendly staff. Prompt and efficient service. They stored our luggage when we arrived at 10am, with no fee. And they provided a free shuttle to the airport, which was very welcome. The hotel is a very short walk to the subway line (Campo Grande station) which makes it quick and easy to reach the main downtown area. Highly recommended.

The loud water pump/pipe let out a high-pitched banging noise every 10-20 minutes once we got into bed and started sleeping. Since we only had only 5 hours at the hotel (had to get up at 3:30am to catch our flight) the noise woke us throughout the night. The bathtub was peeling and discolored and was very slow to drain. We let the front desk know and they replied with "sorry to hear that".

We arrived st the hotel at 8:00 pm. Our bags were unloaded from our rental car and we were escorted to the reception desk only to be told that our reservation had been moved to the Holiday Inn ( three kilometres away). The Radisson had a flood and our room was cancelled--we had to load up the cat again and drive to the new hotel. Why on esrth would the hotel (or Expedia for that matter) not have notified us of this change by text or Email!!
