Staff were courteous, and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel had good food. Centrally located. The room was mediocre. The shower leaked, not enough bath mats to mop up the leak, even though we asked for extra. It was mainly a design flaw in the bathroom. The ssrvers in the restaurant left much to be desired. The service was lack lustre to say the least.

Great value for a nice clean hotel at an amazing location. Staff is well trained and courteous and very hospitable. Location is 10+ if you are a tourist looking to explore old town Lisbon on foot. It’s a walkable distance to a number of major attractions and food places.

This hotel is in the best location. It is walkable to everywhere. I have travelled extensively and I have to say that the staff are the most helpful and friendliest I’ve ever met. It was our anniversary and we were even surprised with a cake and bottle of Prosecco. The rooms were small but clean. I have recommended it to all my friends and family and will stay here again on my next visit. Thank you to all staff for an amazing time! Shout out to Diogo, Pedro and Fernando for all your help!
