Not a good place

hotel never should have booked the room we were in. They knew we would wake up to Hammer drill work directly against our wall from 8 am until 6 pm every day. No offer to switch to a quieter room and no compensation offered after our stay. This is not basic hospitality. When told how loud the noise was their answer was “ I can imagine “ do not book with this Hotel !

Spacious rooms in great location

This place was simply amazing. Walking distance to everywhere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The experience in this hotel Was fantastic!!! Everything was great . From location and staff , I can’t say enough! Breakfast was nice and Antonio was always there to help us with questions and reservations. The staff preparing breakfast was super flexible and always willing to help.

Fabulous hotel in a great area

A beautiful hotel in a lovely area opposite the Royal Prince Garden. We enjoyed drinks from a cafe next to gardens each evening. Despite being a busy area, noise was not a problem with the windows closed. Breakfast was good and the staff were extremely helpful. Would certainly return!

The property is in the first and second floors of a prince's palace from the 1800's. The ceilings are beautiful with original chandeliers. There is a lift. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help us. The room was creatively adapted to allow a bathroom. Breakfast pastries changed every day allowing us to try new tastes..

The room was as promised and gorgeous. The beds were super comfortable. All the staff : Laila, Antonio and Sonia and others went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Antonio helped me personally with train schedules and bookinngs. Brekfast was continental but high quality andd varied. The only negative about the property was the entrance as it was always hard to find the lights in the dark and the appearance of the building entrance does not do justice to the excellent accomodation. Our room was fantastic, historical and overlooked a park. Would not hesitate to anyone as a recommendation to stay here and we will definitely come back on a future visit.

It was approx a 25 min from the airport and we booked a transfer from the hotel. Our ride was right there when we left the airport. The hotel was very nice and clean. They had an elevator or stairs. The brft was good with nice dining dishes. It was a 30 min walk to the cruise shift and all downhill. There were plenty of restaurants and a park across the way with a coffee bar or drink if you would like. Very safe in the neighborhood! A lovely stay!

Charming, great location, bring ear plugs

It’s charming yes, it has the basics and it is in a great location. I had a lovely view of the gardens from my window. The room I stayed (Fernando) in must have had paper thin walls and I could hear everything in the next room, reception area, even in the breakfast room which was other side of bldg. If I had earplugs would have been better. Otherwise, it’s a nice place for the price.

The rooms are very nice and you almost feel like you are part of history by staying in this hotel. The breakfast is pretty average. You’re better off getting something to eat elsewhere. Other than that, everything was good.
