Very nice hotel with excellent value in the heart of Lisbon (Baixa). Location is very convenient for accessing the Metro, restaurants and tourist/cultural attractions. Room condition/cleanliness was immaculate; breakfast was also excellent (though with very little day-today variation). Overall, highly recommended; would definitely stay again.

Really great location, super clean rooms that have everything you need for a short stay. Staff was very helpful and even carried our luggage up the stairs to the elevator, thank you! We know we are travelling here in February but would prefer the option of air conditioning in the room this time of year and not just heat as the room was a little on the warm side for us and we could not cool the room down.

The perfect place to stay in Lisbon! The hotel was very central but quiet enough at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly too. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is well located however front desk is down the road from the entrance to rooms. Despite having a lift it starts 15 steps up from the entrance and although they say they will assist with bags anyone with a disability or a mobility issue will be challenged. We had a top floor room with a garret style wall/ceiling which provides good walk around space for any one under four feet tall. No AC or fan to move air was the final hurdle, front desk told us to open the window if we wanted air, logical except for the traffic noise and amplified buskers on the street. Breakfast could be a hit if the hot food was at least warm. If none of these things bother you then stay here but not the top floor, choose a lower level to maximize your limited floor space…. And bring your own face cloths, they don’t appear to have any.

Great stay in the heart of Lisbon.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are in very good condition and spotlessly clean. Great location in the middle of old Lisbon. Walking distance to many tourist attractions, shopping and public transport. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.
