Great stay! Disappointing dinner

Amazing stay, very kind and helpful staff! Great location. Very comfortable room. Got a bottle of wine and cheese plate with jam as a member benefits, it was so nice. Excellent breakfast. Only one thing down. It was a dinner on the 5th floor restaurant-Cod fish. It was a plate mostly of fried bread, grilled garlic almost impossible to squeeze and very tiny piece of fish, not delicious and with bones. Price was expensive. It was very disappointing, especially that cod fish is usually very popular and delicious food in Portugal.

Great place, location was wonderful close to the metro station and buses. Walking distance to many primary places. Staff was nice and each day the room will be clean. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay

Everything was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, with grocery, restaurants, and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. We enjoyed having a drink on the 5th floor, we did not eat at the restaurant. I have no reservations recommending this place!

The bathroom very bad smell, afeter 2 days finally they give us another room, bicause we already had to in a tourist group they offered to move us with no problem when we came back my computer disappeared with everything and is cage, today we left for Spain and my computer still not found. I really hope they found it and give it back to me.

A pleasant stay - exceeded expectations

The hotel is within 4 minutes walk from 2 metro stations (Picoas & Parque), has easy access to buses. There is a supermarket just round the corner. Best of all, the staff were super helpful and accommodating. I have to mention Denise at reception who patiently printed out boarding passes for our group of 6 even though I made a few mistakes sending the wrong files to her. Overall, we have a very pleasant stay. It is not the most glamorous of hotels, but the staff allowed it to stand out.

This was a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delightful with lots of fresh fruits. There were two grocery stores located nearby. The hotel was located between multiple metro stops making the city easily accessible. Highly recommend.

Excellent very comfortable and clean hotel. Room was large. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Only issue was that hotel was a bit further from the attractions of the centre of town than I expected. Though there is a metro stop close to the hotel and a taxi uber into town would not be expensive. It is walkable if you want to though
