The hotel is located in a very nice, centralized location. My room was huge when compared to most European hotel locations that I have stayed. The breakfast was very nice, though was exactly the same every morning like what is found at most hotels that offer breakfast. The property is very clean, and rooms that are located at the rear were very quiet. The staff is Great and very accommodating. I did not try their restaurant beyond breakfast as there are so many nice places to dine in Lisbon. My only possible criticism is that the pool bar is not always staffed. My advice is when the pool is open, that the staff should send someone there to check on the guests every quarter hour so that drinks could be available.

Comfortable room in a prime location. There is a small swimming pool which makes for a nice change after a sweaty day. Very welcome reception when we arrived. We didn't go for breakfast which was a bit pricey. Felt the staff was a bit brusque when we thought we could just leave the key at reception on check out.

Very nice city hotel. Staff were fantastic. Room was spacious and included a sitting area. No real view from the window but that was fine. Pool was not open which was a shame but I guess time of year is the reason. Would definitely stay there agin should we return to Lisbon.

Great hotel

This hotel was a little hard to find, but was well worth the effort. The service, the rooms, the bar and restaurant were all awesome!!! Located right in the middle of the city. Loved our stay.
