Excellent and well located hotel. Lots of restaurant options, delicious breakfast and very nice staff. Suggest bringing a few water bottler since they only provide on bottle for the room and charge to refill it

Nice modern hotel, very clean, quiet through the night, great location to main areas and Rossio train station and two Metro stns. (one on blue line one on green line). Discount on evening meals and we had a great buffet breakfast included. Nice little bar and places to relax in the lobby. Lots of restaurants and shops on same street and on the parallel main square. Would recommend. Only thing that could have been better was tea/coffee making facilities in room and access to a shared fridge perhaps. (Paulo was brilliant as he found us a kettle we could use for the last few days)

Small rooms - the one in the photo must be a suite! - but a quaint conversion of an older house, clean and tidy and the staff were excellent. Very well placed: you could eat in 10 different restaurants without walking 100m. Also good position at the bottom of the Avenida da Liberdade, with good access to public transport to get around the city ans see the sights.

The location was in a great location for sightseeing. The bar and service were excellent. The front desk staff had our ride scheduled for travel back to the airport with no difficulties. Great place to stay and would gladly stay again.

The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, the suit was wonder w/ an extremely large bathroom! We could look out @ the street, but people could NOT see us. Great front desk staff with good service, accommodated all of our requests and very polite and helpful. Convenient area to explore all districts, walking to distance to alfama, Chicago, baixa, couple minutes to rossio square and avenue liberdade. Nice that it's wet away from super touristy rua Augusta but few minutes to walk there. Would stay again.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre de Lisbonne, proche des transports et des sites à visiter. Le petit déjeuner, en buffet, est correct. La salle de bain manquait d'un rangement pour poser les affaires, et la chambre était équipée d'un placard ouvert qui ne permettait pas de suspendre des robes longues. Le personnel est super sympa. Le plus de l'hôtel est qu'il y a une terrasse avec piscine, ce qui est agréable pour se rafraichir en plein été après une journée de visites
