I asked the staff if they could validate parking for me as a guest (to avoid payment) and they just kept restating that I do this on the 2nd floor. For some reason, they could not just state that I must pay for parking so it is clear they do not validate parking. They should also state this at the time of booking.

Room was available so they let us check in at 10:30 very much appreciated after an overnight flight. Great location by Oriente for getting trains, national bus and all Lisbon. Vasco da Gama shopping mall a 5 minute walk from hotel.

Location of property relative to access to public transportation and to Lisbon airport is very convenient and is close to restaurants and riverfront boardwalk so good for travelers who wish to walk or get exercise. Staff is very friendly and the lobby, open breakfast/dining area very comfortable and inviting. Breakfast buffet was excellent!

Fun spot! We were looking for an easy place to stay for a single night by the train station. The hotel had everything we needed. Food and nightlife were easily found a short walk away along the river. It was also an easy and short trip to the airport from here.
