Hotel Gat Rossi was much more than we had expected! The staff at the front desk greeted us with a smile and were very knowledgeable of the area. We went to our room and although very small, it was very clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our experience there and would highly recommend it to anyone! Hoping to go back there next month for a couple of nights before our return flight back to Canada! Erica at the front desk was amazing!

This hotel was perfect, it was centrally located and made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do in Portugal. The staff was amazing friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent. They kindly allowed us to store two of our bags while we traveled on to Porto and Paris, which was a huge convenience. When we returned to pick them up around 3:00 a.m., the front desk representative was still incredibly helpful and friendly. Between the outstanding staff, great location, and overall hospitality, I would absolutely love to stay here again.

Great location — close to public transportation and walkable to many local attractions. The view from the room was also very nice. The staff were very helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help me with my public transportation ticket from Lisbon to Porto. Very calm, patient, and supportive throughout my stay. A wonderful experience overall. 😊
