When we first got to our room it had a smell might be from the bathroom drain or something. Staff was very good about it and changed the room right away. But the new room had sink drain issue and air conditioning issue which eventually was resolved. We were there for 1 night, taking care of all these took a lot of our time which was highly inconvenient. The location is good if you want to stay close to the airport. But to go to city center and restaurants it’s a 20-25 min ride or drive.

It is a busy airport hotel, and I was not expecting much, and the staff had to deal with a few challenging customers. I thought they handled situations well. We were observers in the dining area. Breakfast buffet was better than in the US.
