Noisy from highway traffic and old carpet. Clean and really good breakfast. Easy Uber ride to Airport and to Lisbon. No restaurants close or shops. Handy spot to be close to airport. They do have a great lounge/bar section with tv on football so that was great. Friendly and helpful staff

Hotel is located in a very industrial area, but convenient place to stay prior to flying out of Lisbon airport. Modern clean rooms. Bathtub/shower was very high to get in & out of. Breakfast buffet was excellent & included with lots of options.

OK, the big power outage made this rating worse. But, we were on the 4th floor without water or power. When I walked downstairs to ask if they would be providing bottled water for our room, I was told "No, we aren't a restaurant! But we are selling bottles of water". Sounds like a restaurant to me, selling water. Yikes, that has to be the worst customer service I have ever had. There wasn't any food that night, nor anywhere to walk to, in order to buy food with cash. Plus, we were told if the power didn't come on the next day, we would have to leave. Luckily, it came back on and we were able to get out of there. I have worked at a Holiday Inn in the states, I'm sure corporate wouldn't be happy with this treatment.
