Pets are welcome for a $150 fee plus $50 for each additional.

1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing pets and the fees must be paid prior to check-in. Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your pet is a service animal must be provided.

2. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.

3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is key less so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you`re in.

- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $2,000. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

- We have a ZERO tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved. Do not book this home to throw excessively loud or late night parties.

This home is 100% yours, with professional cleaning in between guest stays.

We ask that you take out the trash the night before designated trash days. (Thursday morning pickup). And bring the bins on after trash has been picked up.

** NO SMOKING **
- Absolutely NO SMOKING permitted anywhere in or around the unit, BBQ area, etc. If we find evidence of smoking a fine will be incurred, we appreciate your cooperation.

** CHECKING IN & OUT **
CHECK IN: 3PM
CHECK OUT: 10AM

-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We may accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, at additional cost and arrangements with our professional cleaning staff.

** DAMAGES DURING STAY **
- Please note that guests may be subject to additional fees in the event of damage to our property or furnishings resulting from negligence or irresponsible behavior during your stay. The extent of these charges will be determined based on the severity of the damage incurred.

** NO PARTIES, DISRUPTIVE OR EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE **
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

** PETS **
-Pets are welcome for a $125 `happy paws` pet accommodation fee.
