Clean. Comfortable. Nice. Its always nice that all SpringHill Suites by Marriott are the exact same across all locations as there are no questions to what we are getting in comparison to photos. We left another hotel chain after only 1 night of the 4 night stay because of how deceptive the pictures were. Jeremy - was super kind when explaining our situation. He offered to notate the account to have us check in at 12pm instead of 3pm. Also having a pool/shot tub access was crucial as my son was in a basketball tournament for 3 days and wanted R&R. He let us know that their pool/hottub was out of service but their sister hotel, which was next door was opened. I called to verify this prior to booking and they did say that their outdoor pool/hottub is operating and will accept SpringHill Suite guests. Upon arrival, we werent allowed to check in at 12pm. Front desk agent at that time said there was no notation of 12pm check in. After being told twice that there are no rooms available - a room was available after 30 min or so. Overall a much better stay than previous hotel.

Indoor pool was broken and my kids were looking forward to swimming indoors. We were given the option to use outdoor pool of neighbor hotel, but who would swim outside in 118 degree weather? Our room was not cleaned at all during 3-day stay. Staff is friendly.

Stay overall was good but to start with it was not so good. People booked through third parties like Expedia treated differently. I learned this at the check in counter. Lady at the front desk specifically mentioned that. I was traveling with my aged mom who needed accessibility room. Lady at the front desk mentioned we do not entertain any changes when reservations done by third parties but as an exception we are doing it for you. Expedia folks, hope you are reading my review. Everything was good except that encounter with a lady at the front desk

I remember going to this hotel when it opened several years ago. Boy how time has not treated this well. The lobby is still nice but man was the room old, stuffy, stale, and tired. The cleaning staff seem to have given up and have decided to go down with the ship. Staff was kind, so no issues there but nothing like I expected.

This has to be one of, if not the one, best vacation stays I've had. The staff was exceptional and are the reason our stay was so wonderful. They were really on it. If I asked for something it was delivered within minutes. The property was located in a quiet and safe area. I always felt safe. The room was clean and quiet. Other than doors closing, we didn't hear other guests and the place was packed most of the time we were there. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
