They gave our room to someone else. So, we were in our room and someone else came in. They had everything all messed up. So then our key didn’t work. It was an ho eat mistake. The pillows are rock hard on the bed. The lounge chairs at the pool are terrible. They don’t move so you are stuck in a mostly down position. I tried to use one by the cabana but those are reserved for cabana people. There were like 8 of us at the pool. We thought about staying an extra night to enjoy the pool the next day but we are out or here after one night. Don’t get our VIP 20% off. They had our reservation so screwed up I don’t even think they knew who was checking in, despite us giving them a license. Not the best place in my opinion.
