Beautiful property, yummy food!

Our suite was amazing. It’s just the sewage smell throughout the property that made it hard to fully enjoy. Other than that the property was beautiful, the staff was great, the restaurant downstairs was sooo yummy. 5 stars on the food!

Beautiful property with good on site dining choices. Staff helpful and welcoming, providing more towels as needed. Wonderful pool with excellent amenities for concession and cabanas. Two lifeguards at the pool assured safety for children, but pool needed better cleaning of leaves and debris. Overall excellent retreat and vacation with easy access to surrounding state and national parks and less focus on the Vegas strip. Definitely will stay there on next Nevada visit!

Hotel smelled like sewage, bathroom was dirty, the vent was noisy, the sheets were rough like sandpaper, the toilet was so old that you have to hold the handle down for it to flush, and the bed had a huge dent in it. Especially for the high price including resort fees ($20-$30 per day), it was awful. The staff, on the other hand, could not have been lovelier.

Overall a very good stay. the hotels could use a few updates because it overal looked old and a little dirty but it was a beautiful place still. The ice machines are very far apart but the rooms are nice. The food in room service was really good. The only thing was there were a lot of mosquitoes so we could not sit on the patio

The rooms are just a beautiful as I remember but the smell of the sewage was horrible and not good for staff either. Felt bad for them. Will come back because I love the rooms and its away from the strip and close to golfing.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, food was delicious... only complaint is more elevators needed distance from rooms to lobby was a labyrinth of halls.

Great Place

Great upscale hotel at Lake Las Vegas, away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. There is a village within a short walking distance with restaurants and shopping nearby.

This place is dirty and not maintained. The spa should be shut down it’s so bad. It’s a shame since it’s a great location. Hilton has just not spent any money on this property in years.
