The initial trigger for this undesirable review was I had to wait well over an hour on Friday night for check in… very inconvenient. The thing that greatly increased my irritation was (despite what happened on check in), this hotel refused to grant an hour of flexibility on check-out (to check out at 12 instead of 11).

When I made my reservation, I made sure I put non-smoking room when I got there. They gave me a smoking room with the option to upgrade, but with the extra fee which I believe is ridiculous when I specifically put on my reservation non-smoking so I got to my room And I cannot stand the smell of smoke so I decided to go back down and upgrade my room for the fee that I was willing to pay and they denied me very bad. Customer service will not be staying here again.

If you want to stay off strip but close to everything this is the place for you. The casino has a little bit of something for everyone. By the way i recommending the chocolate oreo brownie had 2 of them.
